Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

We take pride in our commitment to delivering high-quality Peachy Accessories products to our valued customers. To ensure the utmost satisfaction with your purchase, our dedicated Quality Control (Q&C) team conducts rigorous inspections before dispatching any product. As a result, we maintain a strict policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging). We do not offer return or refund for a change of mind.

All product pictures are clicked using Iphone to provide the customers with authentic pictures & videos. Kindly make sure to check the product description and dimensions before placing an order with us. More pictures & videos can be checked on saved highlights on Instagram handle.



 To request an exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service at hellopeachyaccessories@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. You must send us an unboxing with no cuts and editing, the video should include the opening of the mailing package till the defect being showcased clearly as a proof of damaged or incorrect product. Breach of this policy can lead to rejection of return requests.
  2. Once we have received your e-mail and our Quality Control team has authorized the return for the damaged/incorrect product, we will arrange for a collection of the product.

  3. Once we receive the damaged / incorrect product, we shall dispatch the fresh / correct product. If the product is out of stock, you can choose an alternative item or request a refund. 


Non-Eligible Returns/Exchanges

  • Broken pieces are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Items returned in a used or damaged condition will not be accepted.
  • No exchanges or refunds will be processed due to incorrect sizing (please refer to the size guide carefully before purchasing).
  • Returns due to failed delivery attempts caused by an incorrect delivery address are not eligible.
  • No exchange/return for minor color and design variations due to display differences and the handcrafted nature of our products.
